Ingredients
- 200ml Organic Double cream
- 85g Fairtrade Caster sugar
- 3 tbsp. Key lime juice (about 3-4 limes), plus zest 1 lime.
Method
Pour the cream and sugar into a small saucepan.
Heat gently until just boiling. Turn off the heat and stir in the lime juice and most of the lime zest.
Divide between 2 small pots or glass dessert dish.
Chill until set.
Serving suggestions: Present with a few raspberries, Grate white chocolate on top.
Garnish with the remaining zest.
