Ingredients

  • 4 Mangoes
  • 100 g Sao Tome 60% chocolate
  • 100g Caster sugar
  • 80 g Ground almonds
  • 80g Plain flour
  • 80g Unsalted butter

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Dice the butter into small pieces and put in a bowl with the sugar, flour, and ground almonds. Rub together with the tips of your fingers till it’s a crumble.

Peel the mango and remove the stone and dice

Chop the chocolate into small pieces.

Grease a six ramekin dishes with butter. Share the chopped mango into each dish and scatter over the chocolate. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top and transfer to the oven.

Cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
