Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate, any you like to eat
- 100g milk chocolate any you like to eat
- 100g white chocolate, any you like to eat
- 15g angelica root
- 30g almonds,
- 30g hazelnuts,
- 30g rasins
- 30g dried figs
- crystallised violet petals
- 30g glace cherries,
- sea salt flakes, optional
Method
Take two sheets of silicon paper and draw 2 dozen circles use a small scone cutter.
Turn the paper over and place on a baking sheet.
Melt chopped chocolate in the microwave in 30-second blast, stirring gently with a spatula to avoid air bubbles, untill fully melted
Meanwhile, very lightly toast the nuts in a small frying pan.
Drop one tablespoon of melted chocolate onto the parchment and use the spoon to form a circle of about 5cm.
Make 5 or 6 circles at a time and allow them to firm up a little about a minute.
Start decorating each circle with the dried fruit and nuts by arranging them on top of the chocolate.
Repeat process of creating more chocolate circles.
Reheat the bowl of melted chocolate as you need to, using the microwave in 10-second bursts to keep the chocolate liquid.
Leave the chocolates to set for about 30 minutes before removing from the parchment paper.
