Ingredients
- 150g White Chocolate (Finely Chopped Fairtrade)
- 750g Granulated Sugar (Fairtrade)
- 100g Salted Butter
- 50g Cranberries, Roughly Chopped (Dried)
- 450g Icing Sugar (Fairtrade)
- 3 Tablespoons Single Cream (Local Organic)
Method
Step 1
Place the chocolate into a bowl and heat in a microwave on 100% (HIGH) for 2 minutes, stir every minute until melted
Step 2
Add the butter, cranberries, icing sugar and cream, mix well.
Heat on 100% (HIGH) for 3-4 minutes, beat every minute until thick and glossy.
Step 3
Pour into a lightly greased, rectangular tin (20.4cm x 15cm)
chill to set before cutting.
Step 4
Cut into bite sized squares and put in nice a box with a ribbon.
