Ingredients
- 50g butter, plus extra for greasing
- 100g white chocolate, broken into chunks
- 2 medium eggs
- 50g Caster Sugar
- 1 tablespoons plain flour
Method
Grease 2 small individual moulds and lightly dust with flour
Melt the chocolate, and stir in the butter,
in bowl beat the eggs with the Caster Sugar until pale and thick.
Lightly mix this into the chocolate, then fold in the flour.
Share between the moulds and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4.
Place the moulds on a baking tray and bake for 12minutes.
Remove from the oven leave to cool for a few minutes, loosen with a knife, and turn out on a small plate.
Serve with berries and crème fraiche or cream on the side.
