Ingredients
- 500g peeled washed chopped potatoes (maris piper)
- 100g organic full fat milk
- 100g white chocolate Fairtrade
- 100g butter
- salt
- drizzle of truffle oil
Method
1. Boil the potatoes for approximately 25 minutes in salted water.
2. Transfer the hot mashed potatoes into a stand mixer and beat.
3. Add the white chocolate and truffle oil, ensuring it dissolves into the warm potatoes.
4. Add the unsalted butter, and season with a pinch of table salt to balance the sweet and savoury notes, to suit your taste preferences.
