Ingredients
- 30g Plain Flour
- 20g Caster Sugar (Fairtrade)
- 10g Cocoa Powder
- 1 Medium Egg
- 1/4 tspn baking powder
- 30 g butter
- 40g chocolate
Method
Step 1
melt the chocolate and butter togther in the microwave in short 30 second bursts
Step 2 Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly
Step 4
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but thats not an issue its cake!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate or just eat it from the mug. Enjoy!
